Thirty years. Eight countries. Businesses built, sold, and rebuilt from scratch. A career that moved from brand marketing in New Zealand and the UK, to advertising in Sydney, to digital, to executive coaching across four continents.

And in the middle of all of it – a breast cancer diagnosis that required aggressive treatment, a two-year pause, and a recovery that demanded every bit of the resilience, clarity, and focus I had spent a career developing.

I am not sharing that for effect. I am sharing it because it is the reason I know, with absolute certainty, that the work I do is real.

I also spent years as the primary caregiver for my late parents – navigating the complexity, the pressure, and the identity shifts that come with that role while continuing to show up professionally. That experience shaped how I understand what established leaders face when life and career collide in ways they didn’t plan for.

These are not incidental details. They are the lived proof of everything I teach.

The Work

My work today is for established leaders – men and women who have built careers on capability, instinct, and results, and who have reached a point where something feels off. Not broken. Not finished. Just not quite fitting the way it used to.

That disconnect is rarely about capability. It is almost always about context. The environment has changed. The rules have shifted. And the approach that got you here is not landing the way it should.

This is not a coaching problem. It is a calibration problem.

Through one-on-one coaching, keynotes and workshops that have taken me across eight countries, and structured training programs, I work with leaders and organisations to remove what is muting performance, strengthen presence, and help people operate at their best – without losing themselves in the process.

I returned to New Zealand in 2014 after twenty years in Sydney – a city that still has a piece of my heart. Earlier in my career I lived in London.

I am an ICF Member coach with over 1,000 hours of paid, professional coaching. I have worked with leaders across industries including finance, professional services, media, and technology – in New Zealand, Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, South Africa, Germany, and Singapore.
